Q. How are the items priced?
A. All items are priced by the piece, based on crystal stones and sterling silver plating.
Q. What is the price for gold plating?
A. Add 10% to the base price for 24 kt. gold plating.
Q. Are the styles available in colored stones and aurora borealis?
A. Yes, please contact us for specific pricing. In general, colored stones will add 5% to the base price
aurora borealis (AB) is quoted on an item by item basis.
Q. What is delivery time?
A. All items are manufactured to order. We maintain stock of all components and can ship your order within 1 week
of receipt on an expedited basis. Allow sufficient time for UPS to deliver. UPS ground service delivers within 6
business days to the 48 contiguous states.
Q. What are the products made of?
A. We use only genuine Swarovski Austrian crystal stones set in brass settings, finished in sterling silver or 24 kt. gold plate.
Q. Where are the products made?
A. We produce our line at our plant in New York. All products sold by us are produced in house.
Q. Do you sell any imported tiaras and crowns?
A. NO! All products in our line are manufactured by us.
Q. Why not? Imports cost less than products made in the U.S.A.
A. That's true, but, a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV costs about $ 20,000. A Mercedes ML SUV, made in the U.S. costs over $ 75,000. Which do you view as better quality? Do you compare these items on price alone? Does a Hyundai dealer have the Mercedes ML , or, for that matter, a Cadillac Escalade, on the showroom floor? Or, vice-versa?
Q. What are the forms of payment accepted?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover cards. Credit card payers must have the merchandise shipped to the cardholder's
billing address. We also ship UPS COD-certified check or money order.
Q. Are there quantity discounts?

Q. Are there minimum quantities?

Q. Do you produce custom items?
A. Yes, we will produce custom crowns, tiaras and associated items based on your design. We charge only the time and materials for the initial piece and if you purchase the item in quantity we will waive the charge for the initial piece.
Q. I like something someone else makes but I don't like dealing with them. Can you produce it for me?
A. You may have noticed that many manufacturers produce the same or similar items. Contact us, we have an extensive line
that is not shown on the web site and we may already produce the item. In general, if an item is not copyrighted, anyone is
free to produce it.
Q. I don't like what I purchased. Can I return it?
A. Since we manufacture everything to order, we consider all sales final. If you received the merchandise damaged in transit,
hold onto the merchandise and the packing material and contact us. We'll contact the carrier at that point. If you received
an item that you feel is inferior, contact us. We'll do everything we can to satisfy you..
